Questions about divorce legaladvice

I live in Colorado. In April, my husband and I moved to Kansas. I did not change my drivers license, nor my license plates. My husband has not either.

Next thing is the house in Kansas. His father bought the house for us, as a fixer upper. The house was $6,000. My parents paid for the nice fence ($4,000), bought the stove and refrigerator, the heater to be fixed, the plumbing to be fixed, and other general fixing up. My husband put the house in his name, despite my protests.

And then there is my vehicle. We bought my truck last year, together. His name is first on the loan, since he had the better credit. I make the payments. He said I could have the truck, but I don't know how this works. My questions: Where do I file? Colorado or Kansas? How do I make sure I get something out of the house? Do I lein it or something else? How do I go about getting him off the paperwork for my truck?

Thank you all in advance!
