I'm currently living in a 6 person apartment, and for the past 2 months of summer, only 1 person has been living in the apartment. So the bill for each month was about $60 so I was wondering what would be a reasonable amount to charge him, considering that things that are turned off but plugged in such as refrigerators and TVs still take electricity. Thoughts/help? Thanks!
