My tenant has been without a fridge for a week. How should she be compensated for this? RealEstate

My tenant told me around the 9th or 10th that her fridge was too warm and her food was going bad. This has been the second time since November. Instead of getting it repaired again (I have no idea how old it is, it came with the house I bought in July) I told her I'd buy her a new one.

I measured beforehand, and it would have fit, but I guess the delivery guys weren't allowed to even try without about an inch leeway. So I was told I have to reorder a smaller refrigerator. I ordered a new fridge immediately, but the delivery wouldn't be there until wednesday. So my tenant will be without a fridge for a week straight and asked for a rent cut.

How much should I compensate her?
