I'm looking for help with kitchen update DIY

Hi everyone

The refrigerator to my left and my kitchen table is behind me. There is a big yellow wall to the right, separating the kitchen and living room.

I have a very limited budget (few hundred dollars), and I'd like some advice on the best way to make my kitchen look nicer. I have three ideas: 1) Paint the countertops (with the appropriate type material) 2) Paint the walls 3) Put up a back splash

The cabinets are in very good shape, so I'd rather not do anything to them, but I've been thinking about putting drawer pulls or handles on them.

What order would you do these updates? Is there anything else that you would do? Thanks for your help!
