Have I murdered my poor yeast? Homebrewing

So I froze 20ml (=4 tbs I think) W-34/70 lager yeast with 50% glycerin a ~month ago (first time I attempted to do this) then 2 days ago someone gave me some liquid malt syrup for bakeries, I had some Sorachi Ace left in the freezer so I thought 'what the hell lets see how this'll turn out'. Let the yeast slowly thaw in the refrigerator, boiled the syrup with the hops, everything good, cooled it and added the yeast and now 2 days later still zero activity.

Is my yeast dead?
