What I mean is, when you started out your new job, maybe first-maybe second, but basically the one which made you realise ki life has actually started did you make your household purchases based on present needs or future? Eg: A small refrigerator, 21inch TV/Monitor, bean bag etc. instead of a 400L refrigerator, 40inch TV/Monitor, good medium-sized couch.. If you bought the things to just meet the present needs, did you later on repent that you should've maybe saved a bit more & paid a little bit extra to buy a better version which would have suited your future needs also, mainly when you finally give you up your bachelorhood? Just curious...
