I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Gateway at Denton during June and July. It's perfect for someone taking summer classes that needs a convenient place to stay.

It's a 4bd/4ba apartment, so each room has its own bathroom. Only 1 other person will be living there during that time. It's $509/mo and you only pay electricity. The apartment is fully furnished with a washer and dryer in unit, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, bed, dresser, couches, and tables. A reserved covered parking spot is included. There is free wifi and cable with HBO as well. The complex is also gated with nice pools and a gym. A bus stop for one of the UNT shuttles is right next to the complex.

I will be moving out the end of May (around the 24th) and the lease ends July 31 at 10am. Females only please; the other room is being rented out to someone uncomfortable living with a male.

Trying to Sublette my lease! unt

I live at the ridge at north texas in a 3X3. Comes pre-furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk in the room, and a couch, chair, table and chairs, coffee table, and TV Stand in the living room. The kitchen has a fully functional refrigerator, dish washer, garbage disposal, and microwave. Both of my roommates are nice people and easy to talk to. One has a very friendly cat. I need someone to take my lease for whenever you can this coming semester, and for a renewal starting in august. The renewal comes with a covered parking spot.
