Funny happenings tall

I can't see the top shelf of my refrigerator at all unless I squat down. Anyway I forgot I had put some stuff up there, and everything up there spoiled because I had forgotten about it and stopped seeing it, everything went bad, some moldy stuff too. I had to bend down today because I had dropped something and saw the horror that was my top shelf when I stood back up, I had been smelling it for weeks!

I just cleaned the top of my refrigerator; it was gross! What else am I missing? tall

If I [5'6"] stood on my toes I would still miss seeing the fuzzy-dusty-grime that was coating the top of my refrigerator. Any guest that was, say 6' tall though, would have seen it! Embarrassing. What else am I missing from down here, for cleaning or otherwise?

Weird Tall Related Habits? tall

I was recently thinking about some habits of mine that are possibly related my height. It just made me curious, do any of you have weird tall related habits?

I sit on counter tops a lot...I think it's because most counters are butt to hip height for me, so it takes very little effort to sit on them.

When my hands are full I use my feet to open doors and refrigerators. Again it seems it is less effort than if I was shorter.

I like sleeping with my feet hanging off the end of the bed, and I have been doing it for years even though beds are long enough for me. (I apologize for all you tall guys out there who do not have a long enough bed.)

I have embraced my weird habits, but I hope I am not alone...haha.

In praise of car wax (household cleaning tip for the tall) tall

I'm in for an entire weekend of cleaning because my neat-freak S.O. wants the house looking perfect before our New Years Eve party.

At least it reminds me of my own cleaning tip for the tall - car wax. I hate cleaning, but I find that when I wax and buff places like the top of the refrigerator, or the tops of ceiling fan blades, they don't get anywhere near as much dust or grime built up and it makes my job easier.

We always get stuck doing the high stuff, so anyone else have tall cleaning tips?
