Two medium laundry loads a week after 8:00pm

Haven't used my halogen tall-lamp at all.

Set A/C to 81 EIGHTY ONE!!

I shut down my Computer when I'm not using it.

I make sure every window is closed and shaded during the day and cool the house off at night by opening windows.

And It's still $175!!! I only saved thirteen dollars from last month?!

What else can I do?!

parking is a luxury, if you buy a refrigerator is the city required to build you a kitchen? those who want the luxury of going steps away from a store front should have to pay for it. we do have valet services. 10 bikes (people powered, electric, or gas) can fit into one car space.

Did you know bike parking is free? did you know you can lane split on highways? why does one person need to drive into a dense urban area with empty seats?

Couple looking for someone to take over our lease. We are looking to move out around mid of March. However, we need someone to take over the lease so we can avoid paying moving fees. We are looking The lease ends September 2, 2016. Monthly rent is $1,200 - there is an additional pet rent. You would have to submit an application with the apartment management. It's $25. They will run a background check and see if your income is sufficient enough to cover the rent. We paid a $600 deposit. All that we ask is that you pay us that deposit, the apartment complex will refund you at the end of the lease. Up to 3 people can live in the apartment. However, since there are two of us currently on the lease, only one person can sign onto the lease at this time. But You can add up to two more people as soon as we leave. We had a friend stay with us for a little while, we sectioned off the living room for her. The living room and bedroom are the same size, so it was a comfortable amount of space for all 3 of us. We are first floor, so moving stuff in and out of the apartment is a breeze. We recently got rid of all of our furniture in preparation for the move. So I have attached images of the apartment from the apartment complex website. Everything in is great condition and all appliances work. Move in date is negotiable. It's awful, as mentioned by another couple of redditors in another thread the other night.

Which prompted my recommendation to that redditor, and the one who agreed with them shortly after, which was: Get a Reverse Osmosis filtration system. It will transform your off-putting tap water into glorious, crisp, purified H2O.

I moved into the house I currently live in about a year ago and the difference in taste between my current living situation and my girlfriends Brita filter is pretty noticeable, even moreso noticeable than my friends house who is on tap, and filtered through his refrigerator's water system.

Yes, it is a cost, but it will add value to your quality of life and drinking water. Highly recommend looking into it!

Contract work in National City, need a monthly rent! sandiego

As the title says, i'm doing contract work in national city. I'm not sure how long but i need to find a monthly rent.

I'm hoping someone here can help me out because I've done quite a bit of research and I can't seem to find anything.

Hotels are too expensive to stay in for this type of living situation. Even the crappiest hotels will run 80$ a night. That's going to be over 2k/month.

There are apartments that run in my budget but i'm assuming most of them are going to be empty with no furniture and what not. My best bet is to find one that does include furniture but I don't even know if that's realistic. Apartments do post photos on their sites of their bedrooms with furniture, but i'm kinda assuming its just for the photo...

I know of AirBnB, but I'm not looking to rent a room in somebody's house or live with other people. I want my privacy.

My budget is around 1k/month and I really need a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. I need to be able to cook my meals.

I'll be working at the shipyards. I'm looking for a short commute or something near the blue line trolley station. I'd rather not drive actually because parking is crazy.

The place is a two story 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome in University City. Rent is $820 per month with a $800 security deposit up front. The lease term is 6 months (9 months optional) starting February 1st. The patio faces the canyon and the neighboring unit. The $20 in "$820" covers utilities (includes water, electric, internet, trash etc.). The price of utilities could vary a bit depending on usage. We are near UTC mall and lots of other amenities. Pool and jacuzzi available in complex. Modern kitchen appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave) Washer/dryer onsite. Place has 2 reserved parking spots, guest parking and street parking. No pets, sorry.
