We are two WMU graduate students looking for a third housemate for a 3 bedroom house. House is newly remodeled and includes hardwood floors, covered porch, washer and dryer, dishwasher, self cleaning oven, over oven microwave, in door ice/water refrigerator, and plenty of off street parking. There will be one medium-sized dog who will mostly be kept in one bedroom when her owner isn't home. The lease begins on August 16th. Rent is $350/month not including utilities. Myself and two of my friends have signed for a four bedroom apartment at 58 West, our fourth roommate backed out last minute.

Layout: 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Furnished with beds, desks, dressers, couch, dinner table and chairs, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Rent: $339 a month plus a monthly bill for electricity and heat we will divide evenly.

Location: 5800 W Jefferson Commons Cir, Oshtemo, MI 49009

Roommates: I'm an 18 year old male. My established roommates are two 19 year old males, one of which is gay. None of us are opposed to female roommates. We are obviously LGBT friendly. We are all college students, they go to WMU and I go to KVCC. Weed and alcohol friendly, but we don't intend to host bangers, but we love small groups of company. We like movies and music and we're extremely sarcastic and humorous people.

Possible points of conflict: I have a long term girlfriend who will be around often. I also play drums and guitar (I can of course honor daily quiet hours).
