Losing weight without gym or equipment? bodyweightfitness

I need to lose about 10 - 15 pounds, but I'm at work with no refrigerator, for about 60 hours a week. I have no equipment at home, and there's nothing but fast food around me all the time. I want very badly to eat healthy, but the opportunities are practically non existent. Any advice on how to eat healthy while at work, and excersise at home, with the little time I have there? Or maybe even discreetly at work?

Feel weird working out in the park bodyweightfitness

So I can't work out at home because my parents are huge jerks. For example, yesterday my mother was like "you can only go that far in a split!?!?" and "you should just do a pull-up, not use the chair! Just pull yourself up! It's not that hard, I can't believe you can't do it" (to this I said "okay then you show me how to "just do it" and she suddenly had a headache). Keep in mind that she has had a gym membership for 7 months and has gone 2x, can't touch her knees let alone toes (not that she couldn't if she tried), and is winded with walking from the couch to the refrigerator. Also a huge jerk in 1000 other ways.

Needless to say, I don't wanna work out at home and have her give me crap (actually I don't want to be at home when she's there at all) so I need somewhere else to work out. I'd like to go to the park or beach, which has some outdoor exercise equipment, but I'd sorta feel weird laying out a mat and just doing a bunch of push-ups and handstands alone.

So, do you feel weird when you work out in the park? IDK to me it just sorta feels either weird because I'd either have to be alone in a field in a park or be at the beach which is always super crowded and feel like people are looking at me. But I've never done it so maybe it'll be fine after I get into it? Thoughts?
