Doing some back escape drills a few days ago and was with a purple belt who is a refrigerator and dug into me hard. My left ribs are still really sore. It's going to be a problem next class I think. Anyone have experience with this? Can't go to doctor, no insurance. Could it be a "bone bruise?" Should I wait to train until theres zero pain?

Personally my dumbest injury was somehow managing to heel hook myself while I was asleep. I was just sleeping on my side when my top foot somehow got caught. When I rolled to my other side my foot didn't rotate with me and I wound up waking yelling to the pain of a sprained MCL... I swear I need to be wrapped in bubble wrap.
