I rent a house in Crown Hill with a separate upstairs and downstairs unit with separate entrances and locks. I'm looking for a roommate who wants to live in the downstairs mother-in-law unit. It is essentially a completely separate apartment, with about 7 windows on 3 sides so there is plenty of sunlight even though it is a partial basement.
The unit comes with its own (not shared) washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, kitchen sink, and dishwasher. The landlords had to remove the oven/stove so that the entire house would be considered a single family home, but I have replaced the oven with a kitchen island, electric stove tops, and a nice multi-crockpot/cooker. Plus a shared front and backyard with patio and BBQ.
Everything is ready to move in, short or long term. I will be resigning the lease in May if you're interested in splitting the unit properly under a single lease, but I'm willing to do a roommate deal for now until the lease is renewed.
$1,200/month, all utilities included along with 100 Mbit fiber internet. Off street parking for one vehicle included. Very close to Chucks Hop Shop and the 28X bus. Your upstairs neighbor (me) is very considerate so noise and other nuisances should be minimal.
