Surface Pro 2 Manga Drawing tips? Art

I ordered a Surface pro 2 for manga drawing which will get here in about another 2 or 3 days and I'd just want to know if you guys had any tips. Mainly on how the default drawing program feels, other programs which might be better, pen and surface feel (btw I ordered a Wacom pen to use on it), and also how I would go about running Manga Studio on it since it is a disk download and the Surface Pro has no disk drives. Any tips help thanks.

[question] do Tachikawa Comic Pen Nib Holders use Cartridges or suction? Art

I accidentally ordered a pack of 10 nibs thinking they came with a holder, however they came and it's just the nibs. I looked and they're compatible with this nib holder http://ift.tt/2hgo3Jc however I don't know if it uses a cartage or suction system for ink. I want to know so I can order everything at the same time. Thanks.

Anyone know of any Art tablets with built in screens under $300 Art

Im looking for an art tablet with a built in screen, atleast 12" x 5", and Windows vista compatible. If 300s too low then how much would one of my specifications be? Thanks. (btw Id be using this mainly for shading hand drawn pics I scan to my computer)
