So i finally decided that its time that i finally lose all the weight ive gained over the past few years. Im 23 y/o weighing 242 lbs at 5 ft 11 inches. This whole day ive been very aware of what I'm eating, and after only having a couple of pieces of fruit for breakfast and then a granola bar later on throughout the day. I kept thinking to myself that once id get home id be able to eat at least a somewhat full meal. But i got home i opened up my refrigerator and i came to the realization that i am not very creative when it comes to the kitchen. All i could think of was simply chopping up lettuce and throwing some chicken breast on it. As i ate this, i realized that i need to do something about it. Now i see that there are great individual recipes on this sub. But i guess what my actual question is, is there any service in person or online where I tell them i only want to consume 2000 calories a day. And they create for me a daily or weekly meal plan where everything adds up to 2000 calories a day. I have the time to prepare the meals, i just find it tedious to plan out what im going to eat for a whole day. And i would think with a meal plan, id basically just be following the instructions created by whoever or whatever creates it for me which i think will help me a ton.
