Eating Cheap and Healthy with limited prep options. EatCheapAndHealthy

I'm in a fairly difficult and awkward living situation which makes cooking and preparing food difficult, if not impossible. I have a microwave and a small refrigerator but that's it. I do not have a stove, pots, pans... Not even a sink with running water to clean dishes (I can clean some eating utensils in the bathroom, but even something like a cheerio seems to clog my bathroom sink so I avoid using it for dishes. If I need a plate, I'll use disposable). I don't have a place to cut or prep foods either (no kitchen).

For probably the past year, my diet has been consisting cheap TV dinners, sandwiches and Gallon water jugs with the occasional fast food, Little Ceaser's pizza or all you can eat buffet. Basically, either stuff that comes with their own plates or outsourcing the cleaning.

Obviously, this isn't a sustainable lifestyle. I've been wanting to eat better because I've been slowly gaining more and more weight and my health has been getting worse and worse as a result, but with no way to prep food, I feel fairly defeated on this issue.

The only thing that has really come to mind is to replace the Hot Pockets with the ready-made salads you can find at Discount Drug Mart or the vegetable steamer bags (when they are on sale) but I have no idea if those are actually any healthier. Nor do they seem very filling (so I'll go through the rest of my day hungry and leads to overeating/spending.)

I know my situation doesn't really leave me with a lot of options to turn my diet around, but I want to do the best I can with what I have. My budget is about $5 for food a day/$100 a month. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

EDIT: For clarification/typos.
