I see everyone here uses plastic tuppers. Are you not worried about the possible risks of storing food in plastic containers? After reading about it, it seems that glass is one of the best options, but of course, it is much more expensive and it is much heavier to carry on. But I think it would certainly be a better option.
And about the time of storage in the refrigerator, how many days did you storage the food? I prepare everything on Sundays but I do not usually leave Fridays' food prepared, as it seems too many days to leave food in the fridge and I think it wouldn't arrive in good condition. Freezing is not an option because the type of food is not suitable for freezing. I usually do it Wednesday/Thursday ... which is a pain because I haven't too much time for it.
