I just tried making my first batch of cold brew using the Hario Mizudashi. It's okay, but doesn't taste anything like the cold brew at my local coffee shop. It doesn't have the rich, concentrated, round, chocolate-y flavor that I really like. Instead, it's lighter and brighter. I'm using a local medium roasted "mocha java" blend. 115g for 16hr in refrigerator (1000mL model Mizudashi). Any ideas on improving this? Thanks! :)
