I don't understand why I got a bill for my property tax when I paid it into escrow at closing. I contacted my realtor and he said not to worry about it and ignore it and I haven't heard from my mortgage guy yet.
Side question: I haven't been able to figure this out in the 3 months I've been in the house, does a refrigerator that has an ice and water dispenser have it's own shut off valve like a toilet water line or a sink? It's not making ice or dispensing water, I'm not sure if it's broken or just shut off and I can't find it
