Hey, vegan family! I'm looking for some advice for vegan eating on the road.
I'm about to start a new job with my boyfriend that will require us to travel and stay in hotels for 2 weeks at a time. I'll have access to a refrigerator and microwave but that's about it. I know I could get by with eating fries, chips, etc but I'd reeeally rather not. I'm just not sure where to start as far as making sure I'm getting adequate nutrients.
How would you handle this situation? Y'all always give the best advice. Thank you so much in advance!
