My dealer gave me what he calls "moist" mushrooms. When I asked him if they were dried or fresh, he said they were 50/50 and called them moist. There is nothing online on how to store moist mushrooms. Right now they're in my refrigerator in a ziplock bag. There is no condensation in the bag yet which is a good sign because I heard it's bad if condensation forms on it. Are they gonna be okay this way? I plan to eat them starting in 7 days from now, over the course of 2 weeks.
