Water leaking from De-odorizer inside Samsung Refrigerator Appliances

There's water leaking from the De-odorizer thingy inside my Samsung fridge. The water drips at a constant rate and has made every single shelf inside the fridge wet and slushy. It's making all the food inside the fridge go bad as well.

Secondly, the temperature knob doesnt work since it has become frozen. I tried to pry it open and ended up breaking the knob. Now there's no way of controlling the temperature and there's a constant water leakage issue. Please help

Edit: The de-odorizer is located directly below the freezer compartment. It has a blue lid, and after I opened it ,I noticed that the insides of it have frozen up as well. Edit 2: Called a repair guy, he said that the styrofoam insulation has gone bad or what-not... But I didnt really trust the guy. So I want to make sure if the styrofoam insulation is what's really causing all the problems !
