Hi there, I've started on my weightloss journey and I have a question if someone would be able to help me out.
I'm a university student and I live on my own but share halls with other students, thus sharing a refrigerator/freezer with others too so it means limited shelf space.
I was wondering what items can I buy that last long, that are healthy but don't go out of date so quickly? I've started buying frozen chicken but I was wondering is there anything else I can buy or things I can do to them to make them last longer?
