Hi all - I am helping to fill my room starting January 1st in a 7 bedroom house with some of the best guys and gal I know.
We are located on the edge of Silverlake and Historic Filipinotown. It is truly a great area to live and is extremely convenient - a rare gem in LA! Close access to the 101, 110, and even the 2. There are many great restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well. Vons and Ralph's are about 1.5 miles away.
We are 1 woman and 5 26-30 year old men, all working professionals in the film industry, and looking to have our future occupants have a steady income, positive attitude, and great sense of humor. We love this house and hope that whomever we live with will enjoy it as well, all while being courteous and honest along the way. We don't ask much, just be respectful and clean. If you do that, we'll get along great!
This house comes equipped with 3 Refrigerators!, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Central AC, and a total of 4.5 bathrooms, a front porch and a driveway. There is also a half-kitchen on the 2nd/3rd floor! Perfect for late night snacks. We also have a couple lemon trees, an apple tree, orange tree and some beautiful colorful bushes in the backyard.

$1060 - 2nd Floor bedroom with Private Bathroom, large sliding mirror closet and large sliding glass windows. One of the best rooms in the house!! You have access to the 2nd Floor half-kitchen as well which is great and very convenient.
Room fits a queen bed + desk size.
Must go through approval process with the landlord and pay security deposit at signing as well.
The lease is currently month to month.
