I am a 21 year old female college student trying to save time with cooking and lose some weight. I just moved into this vegetarian co-op style house, and I get two shelves in a refrigerator and one pantry cupboard to store all of my food. There is also plenty of room in the freezer, I just have to label all of my food clearly so that no one else eats it. I have done some meal prepping before but that was in my old apartment and I had all the pantry space that I could want and an entire half of the fridge, so I am kind of lost with this limited amount of space. I am also concerned about getting enough protein in my diet, as I am not allowed to bring meat into the house. What are some things that I could do to work around this limited space? Thanks!
