Loews Damage on Installation Help HomeImprovement

I'm hoping someone can help me here. A few weeks ago, we had an old refrigerator taken away and replaced with a new one. It was really old and extremely heavy, and when the Loews installation crew was taking it out of the house, they dropped it on the floor and cracked the wood. We filed a claim and the claims department (working as a intermediary) informed us the contractor who did the delivery asked us to get two quotes for the repair. This damage was done in an entryway and, while a small area, we didn't want a patch job done but to replace the section for a uniform look. Well, we got our quotes and submitted both but we just got a voicemail from the associate we've been speaking to who informed us that the contractor wanted to come out and get one more quote from someone he has, and then to figure out how our floor is going to get repaired. My question is this, what are our options in terms of looking at these options. This process has already been delayed immensely. I also am a little frustrated that they are now saying that they want a third quote for the job and that the delivery contractor wants to bring out a contractor "he has". To me, it just feels like they are trying to low ball us on this work. I'm not sure if anyone has had any experience in this area but I'm pretty green here and don't know if they can force us to go with their contractor or if they are bringing out "their guy" that they can undercut our price significantly based on some new quote. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
