I've got a pumpkin ale in secondary sitting in my fermentation chamber(refrigerator with temp controller in my garage) the temps have been getting pretty low here and I noticed my temp controller red 55 degrees this morning instead of the 68 it's supposed to be set to. Is this a problem if it's supposed to be in secondary for another week or would it just be like a slow cold crash?
