Upgrading from small batch to 5 gallon brewing. Looking for setup/equipment recommendations Homebrewing

For the last year I've been doing all grain in small batches, 1-2.5 gallons in size, and have recently moved into a new place and am now in a position to upgrade to 5 gallon batches. My equipment shopping list is below.

1) 10 gallon cooler mash tun. (planning to buy at Lowe's/Home Depot and make myself)

2) propane burner

3) 5 gallon carboy

4) keg / additional bottles

5) CO2 tank

Currently I have 24 swing top bottles, but I'm unsure if I should get more bottles or start kegging. I have a single refrigerator that could store a 2.5 gallon keg and a mini fridge that can hold some bottles. Any suggestions on equipment, storage, and dispensing options would be appreciated.
