So I work outside for 10 hours a day as a lady cable guy, and I can pack my lunch but in my truck I only have access to my lunch bag with an ice pack. No microwave or large refrigerator. Looking for some lunch ideas that are ~500 calories or less, cold, that can keep from ~7:00am when I pack lunch to ~1:00pm when I eat lunch. Any suggestions/recipes?
