Little bit about me:
*Lawyer working at a tech startup.
*Would like a place that's around $700 including all utilities.
*Needs a somewhat clean kitchen (I like cooking, but I totally get forgetting to do dishes -- just wipe up once in a while and don't let chicken go rancid in the refrigerator; I'm really not that picky).
*Usually busy 3-4 nights a week doing improv/comedy stuff.
*Open to men and women -- have lived with both just fine.
*Would like to be close to public transit.
*No pets, but not allergic.
