1 cup of unsweetened coconut
35 drops of EZ-Sweetz
½ cup of Carbquik
½ stick of softened butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup water
1½ tsp. of vanilla extract
4 eggs
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9" pie plate.
Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or knife inserted comes out clean.
Store covered in refrigerator. Makes 8 slices.
A quick fitness pal calculation tells me this works out to be 4 net grams of carbs per slice and 26g of fat
