Buying a Refrigerator - Don't wanna be screwed over. Appliances

Pics of the fridge are attached. It's a GE refrigerator that has a few dings in it we're looking at at a sears outlet center. The damage appears cosmetic and is listed as such at the store.

It is normally $1500, but is on discount for $600 due to the dents. The door hinges and frame are not bent. GE does not offer a warranty so Sears is trying to get us on their $350 one. Warranties are generally trash but I don't know, I've never bought a fridge before.

Does anyone know about refrigerators here? Should we get it for 600 and not get the warranty? I don't care about dents, I'm mostly worried about mechanical damage and I don't want the fridge and warranty because it would be up near 1000 dollars which is the price of some other nice refrigerators there.
