I am redoing my kitchen. I sanded and re-painted my cabinets and bought matching cabinets to extend some of the storage space in the kitchen which includes a 24" deep over the fridge cabinet. However, my refrigerator is 30" deep. What's the best way to attack the disparity in depth? I'm leaning toward creating a 6" bump out frame so that the cabinet sits flush with the front of the fridge. I'm having a hard time finding plans or pictures of this though.
It should also be noted that I am not putting panels on either side of the fridge, I'm just going to bracket the cabinet to the wall and crown the top of the cabinet line. Thanks in advance.
