Do you have LPT or Lifehacks that could help? We bought a new refrigerator thinking that our 3 year old ref was the problem but the new one does the same. Right now, we moved the new one forward to allow more air circulation at the back but we can still see ice forming at the back. We think it is the location but we couldn't figure out what's causing it. The new one was tested at another house and it works fine.
