I'm in a hurry to relocate for work and have a huge master suite with private bath and a walk in closet. It's available Dec 19th, paid thru Dec. the location is great - 1 block from the L (red/purple/brown line), a few minute walk to Lake Michigan, 10 minute walk north of Wrigley, super easy access from Irving Park Rd. It's shared with a 23 f roommate (super chill, young professional). There's W/D in bldg, oven, microwave, refrigerator, heating/AC, a great deck space, and on street parking. Would you be interested?
