http://ift.tt/1O1XVzo This tastes just like Aristocrat's boneless chicken barbecue! Just add java rice and atsara :) Mmmm-memories...
4 tablespoons soy sauce 4 tablespoons sucralose 1 can (12 oz) 7up TEN (only 2 grams of carbs) 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice 6 pieces, chicken thighs, skin on
24 hours before: Debone the chicken thighs but make sure to keep the skin on. Marinate chicken with all of the ingredients. Keep in the refrigerator in a ziplock bag.
When ready to cook: Preheat oven to 375F Cover baking sheet with foil to reduce clean up time. Get a wire rack that can be used for high oven temperatures and put on top of baking sheet. Set chicken pieces on top of wire rack with skin side up. Pat dry with paper towel to remove excess liquid then place in oven. Depending on thickness of your chicken pieces, total cooking time will take 8-12 minutes. Once fully cooked, remove from oven and turn on the broiler function for your oven. Set to the highest possible temperature allowed. Once broiler is heated, pat chicken dry of excess liquid then place in oven. This won’t take long. You know the chicken is done when the skin is slightly charred in some areas.
