I'm looking for a fast way to batch cook and quickly reheat chicken.
I first looked up a strategy to batch cook chicken and found this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mE9Yh111OBI
Unfortunately, there are a few flaws with this video. He claims in the comments that you can thaw the frozen cooked chicken in the refrigerator and use cold. I find that thawing in the refrigerator makes the chicken smell and the juices leave a white sticky residue on the surface.
Is this safe to eat and can I reheat the chicken in the microwave?
