I travel for work (Climbing and inspecting Cell Phone towers) and stay in hotels at night. I am trying to eat the best I can while not having access to a refrigerator. I workout at gyms located near me an average of 4 times/week and am currently following ICF 5x5
This is my diet and macros
MACROS ———————
Breakfast- Oatmeal/1 serving of protein powder/1 serving of flax/1 serving of sliced almonds/1 serving of fruit
Snack 1 Kidney Beans
Lunch 1 Can of mixed vegetables/1 can of tuna
Snack 2 Refried Beans
Dinner 1 can of Salmon/2 servings of brown rice

Breakfast -

Calories from each - 740 Protein Calories | 1396 Carb Calories | 396 Fat Calories
Total Daily Calories = 2532
I am very conditioned to eating the same thing every day and I am planning on following this diet 100% indefinitely. This allows me to not have to eat out 3-4 times per day and save money at the same time.
My goal is to gain strength and size.
Activity level i'd say is lightly to moderately active.
Does this look like a feasible diet to follow?
