I have 5 apple trees and I'm looking for a way to enjoy the apples into the winter. Can anyone tell me about how I could best store homemade apple juice/cider? I've read a some things that say I can only store bottled juice for about 5 days (and in the refrigerator!) . I feel like there must be a way to keep it fresh longer. Thanks for any advice you can offer me.
