New Lab microbiology

Not only am I new to the Reddit community, but I also have been given a new lab where I will conduct my microbiological experiments due to recently being awarded a new position. Due to having a new position and also being granted to manage my own lab (yay!), I am trying to figure out what all I will need when it comes to equipment, PPE, tools and more. The lab is a BSL-2 laboratory and experiments will be conducted on bacteria, viruses, and tissue cultures. Some of the required equipment, PPE, tools, etc. I already have due to previous lab positions and collaborating with other labs. Those required equipment, PPE, tools, etc. include incubators (temperature regulated and CO2), BSL-2 safety cabinets, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, pipets and pipette tips, microscopes, and others. As to what else I may need, I am trying to figure out based on assays, protocols, and articles related to my research. So far I have ordered the bacterial strains, agar, petri dishes, an inoculation loop, a loop incinerator, PPE, beakers, flasks, etc. If any of you can think of any necessary equipment or related items I may need for my lab, please let me know!
