[Serious] Is it safe to eat cooked beef that was left in a sealed container in the backseat of a car for 9 hours straight in a hot summer day? AskReddit

So I forgot my lunch in my car this morning. Ingredients are Potataos, Beef, Veggies, Rice. It was made last night and has been in the refrigerator (unfrozen) until this morning. I'm mostly concerned about the bacteria the beef may have acquired. It's a really good stew and I'd hate to throw it away. This raises the question of how long is too long to eat cooked meat left in high temperature? In my case, it's a sunny and very humid 85°F day.
