LPT Request: Sharing a refrigerator among 4 people. LifeProTips

I have 3 roommates and finding any of our food can be crazy. I found a jar of ragu I lost in our refrigerator, it was all moldy.

How can we keep our refrigerator clean and also be able to find everything we put in it?
