I have read quite a few heathy lifestyle books in the past and I can certainly say this book is likely my new favorite. Lifestyle Beats Diet took getting into shape and made it into an online game. In the past I have had trouble keeping to a dietary plan because I get bored and crave the not so healthy food. This book discussed methods of getting into shape and pointed out that it is a lot easier when doing it with others. The game allows for friends and family to join in and have some healthy competition. After explaining their game, the author provided a large range of advice on small changes to better my lifestyle. I particularly enjoyed the 35 tips, there were quite a few tips that I’d never heard of and can easily do. I have since changed out quite a few things in my refrigerator and pantry. Due to just a few small changes, I feel healthier and more energetic on a daily basis. Overall, the book is without a doubt beneficial to helping me improve my life. I will continue to use their game along with my roommate, it is exciting to see the positive results.
