I weigh 437 pounds. Every time I start with a diet I fail miserably. So I decided to start very SLOW. I downloaded MFP and am keeping my food diary. I told myself I'm not going to make any big changes, just start logging EVERYTHING. these are my first two goals: NO fast food! (As in fast food resturaunts) and log everything I eat. My plan is to make a new goal every week, and if that's too much... every two weeks.
Today I'm cleaning out my refrigerator (which is just a grave yard for to-go boxes) and tonight after work I'm going grocery shopping.
I really hope this is something I can stick to. Thanks for being here.
