Hello again everyone
So today was day 1 on my journey to go from around 450 to a healthier size. It wasn't a typically good day but I guess you could call it succesful. I was able to eat at a small deficit but only by skipping a meal.
Im not very good at planning meals or knowing what to eat for that matter and was hoping someone would be able to help me in the nutrition department.
A little about myself and situation I'm 28 years old , around 450 lbs, 5 ft 9 in , I have about an hour a day to get exercise in, I'm a truck driver so I just sit and drive or sleep. I have access to a small refrigerator and plenty of space for non refrigerated foods. I'm not picky on what I eat and can stomach almost anything. My biggest problem with dieting has been me left feeling starved and resorting to binge eating and once I get started I just cannot stop.
