I am planning on going to Sapporo in a few months. I have never been to Japan before, but have a basic understanding of the language and culture. I have some medications that require refrigeration, so I was wondering if it is commonplace to have a refrigerator (mini fridge is OK) in hotel rooms. Is it standard, do most hotels have them, or is it rather rare?
