Hi all, so I'm pretty new to slowcooking. I made a pot roast over night and it was delicious. The problem was that I kept waking up hungry haha. I plan on making another soon but I was wondering how much prep I can do the night before. I planned on tossing everything in the crock pot, browning the meat, then into the refrigerator until the morning. I figured on low for 10 and it'll be ready when I get home. My question is about the beef, should I set it aside from the rest until morning or put it right in with everything else? Does it even matter?
