Vegan food without expiration dates/product lifespan? vegan

I'm reorganizing my pantry and refrigerator and came across a bottle of vegan Worcestershire Sauce that has no expiration date. I'm fairly sure it is over six months old.

Also, I went on a rare trip to Whole Foods and got some Tofutti Cuties and realized they don't have an expiration date when I got home.

How do I know when this (or other) stuff goes bad? My mother always taught me to throw out stuff after a while but it was always animal products. I just realized I don't know how to measure vegan product lifespan.
