Trying to make sense.."Welcome to the Dollhouse" spoilers/spec PrettyLittleLiars

I'm trying to wrap my head around Mona being alive and the how/why behind it. It seems now that due to leaks and hints that Mona, or someone appearing to be Mona, is going to be in that dollhouse with the girls, probably alive.

Why alive?

Hint 1 Daisy mentioned 'Mona' being dressed as Alison(?) in the dollhouse and telling the girls she has been kept there. Hint 2 We saw that Mona had been planning to fake her death, storing blood in her refrigerator. This would make it easy for not just Mona to fake her death, but for someone else to possibly fake it for her. Hint 3 Playlist leak. See: http://ift.tt/1H0qGUR Hint 4 Daisy also mentioned the blocks (possibly meant to spell out 'charles'). Someone had to have set up the blocks together, to maybe give the girls a clue to who A is. In the promo, Alison is shown in still in jail after the girls were taken, so it's not her.

The contradictions: We saw a lifeless, pale as a ghost, blood drained, glass eyed, stiff, bloodied and beaten Mona in a trunk of Alison's car. Just us, the audience. I believe this was for a reason, to give us the knowledge that Mona is dead.

We saw footage of Mona getting thrown around/slammed into walls. This was taken from a secret camera that was planted by Mona. Mona did not tell anyone about the cameras, she did not leave any hints or anything to the girls to find that would lead us to believe that she wanted the cameras to be found by police/the girls. Actually when the police first investigated the house after she was allegedly murdered they didn't find the cameras. This person was wearing a blonde wig and black hoodie, of courses never revealing their face to the camera. The Rosewood police have watched the whole tape, if it was staged they would (well they should have, I know this is Rosewood after all) have realized it. Mona did see who it was, and screamed in her bedroom, obviously not expecting the person. So either Mona knew who A was, or A was wearing a mask. (possibly the Alison mask). If Mona was planning her death, there would be no reason for her to scream like that and try to fight with A.

The whole Ms. Grenwald scene. What would be the point to that? She told Hannah that Mona was surrounded by earth, bugs, and was cold, and was not in Rosewood. She could sense that Mona felt betrayal. Maybe they just put the scene in to throw everyone off, but imo it could've been done differently to at least hint that Mona was alive (Have Ms. G not be able to sense anything, not have the wind blow to leaves around the cemetery)

What would be the point of A kidnapping Mona and leaving her in the dollhouse for months? A wanted to frame Alison for Mona's murder (which Mona was going to do anyway). A could've just left Mona to disappear on her own and not have the hassle of doing it themselves. A wants Mona in the dollhouse for a reason, and doesn't want Alison in the dollhouse for another reason. But why have Mona dress up like Alison? Unless Mona decided to do that on her own.

If A did murder Mona, why not have her body found yet? It would've helped make Alison/the girls appear guilty if Mona's body was found in the right way/location. It would be more twisted if the girls find a dead Mona in the dollhouse, and it would make a lot more sense given past context and everything.

The only logical explanation imo would be that it's a Mona imposter/Mona's twin. I'm sure the girls are just going to assume it's Mona right away, which should give everyone pause given their history.

Can someone give any logic to this?
