Thandai is a spicy, nutty and saffron flavored beverage.

Ingredients
- 8-10 blanched almonds
- 8-10 pistachos
- 2 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf)
- Seeds of 20 cardamom pods
- 10-12 whole white peppercorns
- 8 Rose Petals
- 2 tbsp Melon Seeds
- Sugar
- Milk
Instructions
- 1. Put all the ingredients in a blender except milk and sugar.
- 2. Blend it to a powder.
- 3. Boil the milk and bring it to a room temperature.
- 4. Mix 3 tsp of the powder with milk and add sugar.
- 5. It's better if you keep this now in the refrigerator for at-least 2-3 hours or overnight before serving so that it gets enough time to infuse.
- 6. Strain the milk to remove residue.
- 7. Serve chilled thandai during festival or summer.
